Christian Giving (under construction)

It is very clear from the Scriptures that we are expected to meet the needs, financial and otherwise, of others whenever we become aware of them. However, that is not an authority to give to everyone who asks. We should give in the same manner as God gives to us. God rarely gives us that which we request if it would not be for our spiritual benefit.  The only exceptions to that is when we need to be taught a spiritual lesson

Psa 106:14  But lusted exceedingly in the wilderness, and tempted God in the desert. 

Psa 106:15  And he gave them their request; but sent leanness into their soul.
